Those with any of the three key New York Giants’ fantasy weapons in 2024 are doubtless looking at Thursday Night Football with a mix of hope and fear. No one likes getting bitten on a Thursday and having to look at a dismal score for the rest of the week.

The Giants have a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, with the latter leaking points at a very interesting rate in 2024. Dallas has shipped 89 points in three games and NY will be looking for revenge after losing 13 of their last 14 matchups against their NFC East rival. This is an NFC East litmus test that might reveal if the landscape has shifted, but should you start Daniel Jones, Devin Singletary and Malik Nabers?

Daniel Jones’ Week 4 Fantasy Outlook

Daniel Jones has bounced back in the last two weeks after a poor Week 1, going for 18.32 and 21.44 points respectively. He has been hitting Nabers in the end zone and it feels likely that will happen again tonight.

The worry is that the Cowboys’ defense could be as ugly for Jones as it has been in recent years (8 games, 72.8 passer rating, 1,304 yards, 4 TDs, 5 INTs), but it feels like Dallas has taken a step back in 2024.

Jones is a solid start if you are in QB purgatory, especially with Dallas reeling defensively. As he is rostered in only 1.0% of leagues, Jones is easily gettable, but you have to accept the risk he represents.

Devin Singletary’s Week 4 Fantasy Outlook

Devin Singletary is likely causing fantasy managers the same issues due to the Giants’ form against Dallas. If it starts to get ugly early in NY, the run game could be abandoned and Singletary could have a very bad day. However, Singletary has almost no competition for touches in the backfield and is being utilized to some degree in the passing game too.

Interestingly, since 2020, the Giants have done pretty well in the rushing game versus Dallas, averaging 110.9 yards per game, with 6 TDs in those eight games. Singletary has been putting up good scores and looking strong over the last two weeks (14.00, 16.80 HPPR), barring his two fumbles, and the Cowboys have struggled with stopping the run.

Dallas is 32nd against the run (yes we are only 3 weeks in), after being hit extremely hard by Alvin Kamara and Derrick Henry, with both putting in multiple TD displays. With this in mind, not starting Devin Singletary is questionable and you should slot him in and hope for the best.

Malik Nabers’ Week 4 Fantasy Outlook

Malik Nabers has set the NFL on fire and is the WR1 in fantasy entering Week 4. The rookie has been in the endzone three times (twice last week) and has back-to-back big weeks (23.7, 24.2, HPPR).

With the Cowboys looking suspect on D, you have to start Nabers. Regardless of the game script, the WR will be in for a lot of targets and volume means points. This feels like it could be a high-scoring game, so Nabers will be key to the Giants’ hopes.
